WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
First experience in cleaning or housekeeping is an advantage, but not required
Reliable, structured, and detail-oriented working style
High sense of cleanliness and quality awareness
Physical resilience and flexibility
Team player with a positive and service-oriented attitude
Basic German or English skills are an advantage
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobby, corridors, elevators, restrooms, and back-of-house areas
Ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation across both hotels
Support the housekeeping team with additional cleaning tasks when required
Follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards according to Marriott guidelines
Report technical issues, damages, or maintenance needs to the relevant department
Handle cleaning equipment, materials, and supplies responsibly
Work closely with housekeeping and other hotel departments
