Functieomschrijving:
As a Packaging Operator, you are in charge of for keeping our automated packaging lines running efficiently and without interruption. You set up and fine-tune machines, monitor product quality, and resolve minor technical issues to maintain smooth production.Key responsibilities:

• Set up, adjust, and operate packaging machines.
• Inspect packaging materials and machine settings.
• Troubleshoot minor technical faults and report larger issues.
• Perform visual and functional quality checks.
• Clean machines and perform light preventive maintenance.
• Record production data accurately in the system.
• Follow HACCP and safety guidelines.

You will work in a 3-shift rotation, ensuring that our stroopwafels are delivered fresh to customers every day.

Functievereisten:
We are looking for a reliable, precise, and team-oriented Packaging Operator.You should have:

• Experience as a Packaging Operator or in a similar production role.
• Technical insight and a hands-on attitude.
• Good communication skills in Dutch or English.
• Flexibility to work in 3-shift rotation.
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
