Are you the one who turns a reservation into the start of an unforgettable stay? Then you might be our new Reservations Specialist & Crew Member! Moxy Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is looking for an all-round crew member who combines front office duties with reservations.
Your main base is in the hotel operations, where you create great guest experiences, while also handling reservations and reporting to the Reservation Manager. This makes the position varied, dynamic, and full of development opportunities.
With your friendly and confident approach, you make sure every booking is the perfect start to an outstanding guest experience.
Reservations tasks
Handle individual guest reservations by phone, email, and online platforms.
Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, and hotel facilities.
Support guests in selecting the right options for their stay, creating a warm and welcoming pre-arrival experience.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, packages, and loyalty programs to maximize sales opportunities.
Ensure reservation details are accurately entered and updated in the system.
Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue Management to optimize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
Assist with special requests (e.g., room preferences, early check-in/late check-out) to enhance the guest experience.
Crew member tasks
Deliver outstanding and memorable guest experiences together with your team.
Handle all guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Process payments, including resolving late or disputed charges.
Respond to guest calls, messages, requests, and questions.
Provide information about the hotel and local hotspots.
Prepare and serve food & beverages, making recommendations when appropriate.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following HACCP standards.

Have strong communication skills and can speak Dutch and English fluently.
Have experience with a reservation system (preferably one or more of the following: Opera, OnQ, and Opera Cloud).
