The work
As part of our growing Life Sciences Strategy & Consulting Practice, we are looking for a Senior Manager for Life Sciences / MedTech. As a Senior Manager you will help to build high performance teams to address priority C-suite issues with precision and speed. Together with your team of young and enthusiastic colleagues, you work in direct contact with our clients. You help them gain an understanding of their most important challenges, analyze the different solutions, and communicate your recommendations to the client. In this way you are directly contributing to the client’s success, as well as Accenture’s.
Within our practice, your role will be to help our clients to transform successfully to stay ahead as information-driven, digital organizations, by e.g.:
- Bringing your knowledge of the Life Sciences / MedTech industry to be able to tell compelling stories to the c-suite of our clients on transformative solutions that the industry is adopting.
- Analyzing current issues and building a fact-based approach to developing and implementing client visions, road maps and governance to address today's business needs and support future growth
- Describing, co-creating and implementing a client’s transformation journey e.g to Cloud Health, becoming more agile or more data-driven organization
- Developing a deep understanding of emerging technologies to feed value creation opportunities that often disrupt traditional industry value chains and challenge orthodoxies
- Contributing to our thought leadership at the intersection of business and technology
- Communicating complex industry trends and concepts easily towards clients and build lasting trusted relationships
- Utilize the power of One Accenture by leveraging the right teams from other disciplines such as Security, Technology, Operations, etc.
- Contributing to our practice and help the team grow and develop by e.g. Participating and organizing events, creating points-of-view, and sharing your knowledge contribute.

The T&O Change Management work
As a Consultant within our Talent & Organization team, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact transformation programs for some of the most prestigious clients across industries. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to co-create and implement human-centered change strategies that are agile and ready for the digital world - helping clients realize measurable business outcomes.
You will contribute to large, complex transformation programs and work closely with client teams and (international) colleagues to solve challenging organizational problems, architect & delivery complex change management work, manage defined workstreams, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
The work
Support Transformation Journeys - Partner with clients on complex transformations through Change Management (e.g., ERP rollouts, operating model redesigns, digital transformations), contributing to building organizations that are capable, resilient, and adaptable to change.
Contribute to Human-Centered Change Strategies - Translate strategic direction into practical, holistic change plans that address culture, ways of working, and future readiness.
Apply Change Management Expertise - Support leadership alignment, change activation using insight-driven approaches (including AI), large-scale change network engagement, and readiness for new technologies and ways of working.
Enable Workforce Reinvention - Contribute to organization design, reskilling, and upskilling initiatives for new operating models (e.g., S/4HANA, GBS, human-agentic workforce).
Support Technology Enablement - Help clients unlock the human potential of new technologies through enterprise-wide system implementations, digital learning platforms, and AI-enabled activation.
Leverage Data-Driven Insights - Use analytics and predictive tools to help measure adoption, sentiment, and transformation impact.
Engage Stakeholders - Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Support Business Development - Contribute to account growth by supporting RFP responses, proposals, market research, and go-to-market activities.

Guide and mentor junior team members while learning from senior colleagues.
Be flexible to travel, including on-site work at client locations when needed.
