Are you ready to dive into the world of logistics? At our brand-new air freight location in Nieuw-Vennep, we are looking for an eager professional to join the Ship Spares department. You will ensure that crucial spare parts for ships reach their global destinations on time. No experience? No problem! As long as you are proactive and willing to learn, we will provide you with the personal guidance needed to master the trade. You will be hired directly by our client, and no two days will be the same as you coordinate bookings and handle international shipments from A to Z.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing outbound air freight shipments from start to finish.
- Maintaining daily contact with customers, agents, and airlines.
- Processing bookings and handling all administrative tasks for shipments.
- Coordinating transport to the airport with various carriers.
- Preparing the necessary export and customs documentation.
- Monitoring the planning to ensure parts reach the ships on schedule.
- An energetic go-getter; no experience needed, but a hunger to learn is a must!
- Someone with logical thinking skills who can switch gears quickly.
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
- Comfort using MS Office (we will teach you the rest).
- A flexible mindset: you thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Prior knowledge of air freight is a plus, but certainly not required.
- Ability to provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).
- A direct contract with our client (Recruitment & Selection).
