We are looking for a HR Generalist (m/f/d) to support and develop our HR processes across the Thermoheat Group. This is a part-time position (20–25 hours/week).

Your Role
You will take ownership of both operational HR tasks and strategic HR initiatives, working closely with management to strengthen our organization and people development.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Policies
- Develop and improve HR policies across the group
- Ensure compliance with Dutch and EU labor law
- Support HR projects and organizational development initiatives
Operational HR Management
- Advise management on HR-related topics
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
- Coordinate onboarding and employee development programs
- Maintain job descriptions, compensation structures and performance processes
- Collaborate with international teams (e.g. Portugal)
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records, contracts and HR systems
- Support payroll preparation with external providers
- Manage absences (vacation, sick leave, etc.)
- Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, KPIs)
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries
Your Profile
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience (HR Generalist or similar role)
- Knowledge of labor law (NL/EU preferred)
- Experience with MS Office and HR systems
- Fluent in English and Dutch
