A strong pragmatic mindset is needed since it is also a very output driven role. You will drive high-impact global (mostly) corporate communications (mostly internal) from concept to delivery. Where will your work?HAVI is a global leader in integrated supply chain management for the food industry, providing end-to-end solutions for retail, quick-service restaurants (McDonald's is their major client) and food service (FSR). They are privately owned and operate with around 7,500 employees globally and manage warehousing, logistics and planning operations in over 30 markets in Europe, Asia, and North America.
Their culture is very informal, you will work in an inclusive, international culture with daily collaboration across multiple nationalities with no strict hierarchy
What will you do?- You develop and deliver strategic global internal and leadership communications
- You design, write and execute global communication campaigns that drive engagement and alignment
- You partner closely with senior leaders and stakeholders on consistent strategic messaging
- You co-drive executive communications and strategic storytelling for diverse audiences
- You lead the further development of global content and channel strategies, including mobile communications
- You design and deliver change and crisis communication programs
- You define KPIs, analyse performance, and drive continuous improvement
- You have extensive experience (15+ years) in corporate communications within complex, international organizations and strong developed copy/writing skills
- You write and edit at near-native level in English, with a strong preference for a native English speaker.
- You have proven experience with global internal, leadership, and change communications
- Preferably you have a background in global oriented, process focused organisations such as logistics, supply-chain or for example chemical companies.
- You combine strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- You are confident working with senior leaders and international stakeholders
- You are structured, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- You bring an international mindset and strong cultural awareness
- We offer you a salary in a range from EUR 7500,00- EUR 8350,00 per month + holiday allowance and 10%-15% OTE, based on a 40-hours working week.
- Preferably you can work full-time, 36 hours is an option. The initial contract is for 12 months with the intention to extend.
