As a Front Office Host(ess) Intern (with F&B exposure), you will be the face of the hotel and play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences. While your main focus will be at the Front Office, you will also gain valuable exposure within our Food & Beverage outlets, allowing you to develop a well-rounded understanding of hotel operations. The internship starts in September 2026 and offers a full-time learning experience aligned with your study requirements

Responsibilities
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, contributing to a positive team environment and consistent service delivery
* Support the guest journey, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest requests across phone, written, and face-to-face communication
* Assist with reservations, payments, and front office administrative tasks
* Gain hands-on experience within Food & Beverage operations, supporting service where needed
* Maintain a professional and welcoming environment in both Front Office and F&B areas in line with brand standards
* Collaborate with departments such as housekeeping and food and beverage to ensure smooth daily operations
