Our office in The Hague employs 35 people, including the IT, HR, Marketing & Communications and financial administration staff departments; a close-knit group of colleagues who are always willing to help each other and show interest in the person behind the new colleague.
What does a project supporter do?
- You are the point of contact for some of our clients (particularly hospitals and universities) in administrative matters;
- At the request of the Advisor/Project Manager, you make quotations for our clients. The content comes from the Advisor, but you put the finishing touches;
- You know your way around Word and Excel and you help us to meet schedules and manage projects;
- You provide agenda management for Advisors and Project Leaders; planning meetings, making (complex) agreements with external parties;

What does the profile of an interesting candidate look like for us?
- You are familiar with administrative processes, preferably in a similar (project) organization;
- You have an eye for detail;
- There is a lot to do, so if you can work 5 days a week, welcome! 4 days is also negotiable.
- You have gained experience in a similar position, such as project supporter, office manager or secretary;
- You are more than sufficiently skilled in Excel and Word;
- You dare to take work off your colleagues' hands, so that they can focus on their core activities.
