As a Production Worker, you will be hands-on in creating and finishing conveyor belt solutions for a range of industries. Your main duties include cutting, assembling, and finishing belts, operating machinery and hand tools, conducting quality checks, and preparing orders for shipment. You'll help keep your workspace safe and clean while following clear instructions and schedules each day.
Your typical day will be spent in a friendly production environment with supportive colleagues. Tasks are varied but structured - you work both independently and together in a team. You might start with machine setup, move on to assembling or checking products, and help prepare finished orders for delivery. Expect guidance as you learn, with plenty of support from your team and coordinator. Basic English or Dutch (A2) is enough to understand work instructions and communicate on the floor.
