Responsibilities
- Managing import shipments from end to end (A to Z)
- Preparing customs documents and handling clearances efficiently
- Organizing customer deliveries with inland transport partners
- Providing proactive customer service and updates to clients
- Ensuring all shipping documentation complies with customs standards
- Participating in rotating evening and weekend shifts
- Practical experience in import, freight forwarding, or customs administration
- Fluency in English
- Strong administrative and customer service skills
- Gross monthly salary ranging from € 2,900 to € 3,800 depending on experience
- Direct employment contract from day one
