Your tasks?

• Executing complex recipes with precision on the Teppanyaki grill;
• Assessing the quality of premium ingredients on a daily basis;

• Mentoring new staff after completing your own specialist training in Japan;
• Strictly following quality procedures to maintain Michelin-level standards.
