Who we are?
We are Precedence, a club of smart people who solve complex problems for our clients. Our profession? As a business consultancy firm, we are specialized in streamlining company processes, management and digital transformations for leading organizations in and outside of the Netherlands. For this, we do have our in-house methodology, named GRIPP. Our consultants work for clients in telecommunication, automotive, government, banking & finance and pharma & healthcare.
After our founding fathers established Precedence, we have grown to a professional organization of 50 Precedentials. In 2021, our company is ready for the next phase, which means we would like to continue and even speed up our growth and further professionalize our processes. Our ambition? In two years’ time, we aim to double in size. To achieve this, we need you and your specific Identity & Access Management (IAM) knowledge.
How the role looks like
As a Business Consultant Identity & Access Management, you will define your career by operating as a Business Partner for companies and architecting and designing Identity & Access Management processes and models. Who you are?
Next to your academic way of working, you are passionate about IT, business processes, and specifically Security and Networking processes. You are familiar with the terminology within the domain of security and networking like IAM, CIAM, IGA, and PAM solutions and typical systems these are integrated with from a business and architecture perspective.
If you are not an experienced consultant yet, you bring experience with setting up and improving security and networking processes for at least 3 years and you definitely bring your affinity with consultancy. We expect that all our employees can master the Dutch and English languages.
