As our Executive Assistant, you support and assist the CIO, COO (and partly CCO, CDO) in the broadest sense of the word, driven by a deep understanding of the company strategy. You serve as the central point of contact between the Executive Team members, internal/external stakeholders and our London based shareholder (KKR). You organize various matters that ultimately contribute to the overall effectiveness and success of the Executive Team as well as the Supervisory Board.

As a successful gatekeeper you are the trusted partner for the CIO, COO (and partly CCO, CDO) of Roompot/Landal so they can fully rely on managing everyday needs.
- Managing complex calendars: You will effectively manage the daily agendas of the Executive Team members, coordinate and plan complex appointments and meetings, arrange travel plans including flights, accommodations and transport, and ensure seamless logistical support for events and meetings.
- Organizing meetings: You prepare meeting agendas and relevant documents, maintain and manage action lists and follow up on tasks. You ensure structured and timely handling of outstanding issues.
- Creating annual planning for meetings: You develop an annual meeting calendar for the Executive Team, coordinate meeting dates with internal and external stakeholders, ensure optimal planning and minimize conflicts. In addition, you communicate with various departments to collect meeting materials and reports and ensure timely and accurate delivery of the necessary information.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CIO, COO (and partly CCO, CDO) and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails and reports on behalf of the ET members. Screen and prioritize incoming communications and respond on behalf of the ET member as appropriate.
- Supervisory Board support: You will manage the agenda and organize meetings for the Supervisory Board, ensuring all arrangements are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Supporting special projects: You will support special projects assigned by the Executive Team, perform specific tasks and projects as assigned by the Board, and ensure successful completion of assigned projects.
From January 2025, your work location will be our new office in Amsterdam Amstel. Until then, you will work from our offices in The Hague or Goes. Of course, working from home is possible, but it is desirable that you work from the office at least 3 days a week.
You have a combination of extensive experience, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude that allows you to think strategically and understand complex organizational dynamics. Additionally, being tech-savvy is essential to effectively integrate and utilize technological solutions in your work. Discretion is crucial due to the sensitive nature of the information being handled.
Furthermore you bring:
- Academic working and thinking level with 10+ years of work experience;
- Experience as an Executive Assistant for a Supervisory Board and international shareholders;
- Knowledge in communication, administrative processes, and projects;
- Ability to connect content, processes, and people;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English;
- Experience in organizing events at the Executive Team and Supervisory Board level;
- Empathy to help with the transformation of our organization and the organizational dynamics related to this process.
