Our client is a modern warehouse specializing in dental care products and is located in Europe, America, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. The products are also distributed worldwide with more than 30 different brands. From their location in Venlo, they handle distribution for various brands in the orthodontic and dental industry. In doing so, they contribute to providing professionals with the best possible treatments for their patients on a daily basis.
As a Team Leader, you know the ins and outs of management and are able to get the best out of your team. You have a healthy sense of humor, are eager to learn, and together with the team, you ensure a smooth-running process. Some of your tasks/responsibilities will include monitoring processes, responding quickly to bottlenecks, managing the outbound team, ensuring optimal team performance, managing and monitoring KPIs, collaborating with other departments, coordinating and prioritizing issues, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing more efficient work processes.

What we require- Experience with the SAP system is an advantage;
- Experience in a managerial position;
- You are fluent in spoken and written English; Dutch is an advantage;
- Coaching and mentoring the team is nothing new to you;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Thinks in terms of solutions, not problems;
- No 8-to-5 mentality, as overtime may sometimes be required;
- Hands-on mentality and stress resistant.

- A salary of at least €3050 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience;
- A full-time job with staggered day shifts, 9:00 a.m. To 6:00 p.m. And 10:00 a.m. To 7:00 p.m.;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km, from the first kilometer;
- If you prove yourself suitable, there is a good chance of a permanent contract.
