You work in a close-knit team where people know and support each other. During quieter moments, you prepare together. During busy shifts, you work closely as a team. After your shift, there is often time to relax together.
The business is growing and now open during the day as well. The kitchen is developing further, and your role is important in this growth.
Over de functie
As an independent cook, you make sure the kitchen runs smoothly. You work with clear recipes and photos. Much of the prep work is already done, so you can focus on quality and speed.
On quieter days, you work independently. During busy shifts, you work together with colleagues and a dishwasher. You stay organized and keep everything under control.
Your tasks:
- You prepare and finish dishes based on recipes
- You work with pre-prepared ingredients and ensure consistent quality
- You keep your workspace clean and organized
- You maintain pace and overview during busy moments
- You prepare staff meals with room for your own creativity
- You assist with mise en place and preparation
- You think along about improving the kitchen

- You have experience working in a kitchen
- You can work independently
- You can communicate well in English
- You are available at least 2 days per week
- You are available for at least 1 weekend day

- Salary between €2,370 and €2,855 gross per month

You work in Amsterdam Oud-West, on the Bilderdijkstraat.
Shifts take place between 09:30 and 23:00.
You work day and evening shifts.
You are available at least 2 days per week.
Weekend availability is important.
