In this role, you act as a strategic partner for key clients within the consumer products supply chain sector, while also taking end-to-end responsibility for operational performance. You build strong senior-level relationships, understand evolving business needs and translate these into scalable, forward-looking solutions. By leading client discussions, overseeing performance and facilitating Business Reviews, you ensure long-term partnerships and measurable value creation.
You are accountable for both commercial and operational outcomes across your accounts. This includes driving customer satisfaction, ensuring productivity targets are met and leading the successful implementation of new solutions and improvements. You work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution from design to delivery, with a strong focus on efficiency, quality and continuous improvement.
As a leader, you manage and develop multidisciplinary teams across account management, operations and customer service. You create clarity, alignment and ownership within your teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on operational excellence and customer impact. Working closely with global colleagues, you refine supply chain processes, support implementation initiatives and contribute to the development of new propositions. You also take full ownership of the financial performance of your accounts, including P&L responsibility and sustainable revenue growth.

YOUR TASKS

• In this role, you report to the Head of Consumer Products. Together with the Consumer Products NL leadership team, you play a key role in defining and shaping the Consumer Products strategy and policies for the Netherlands.
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships while ensuring operational excellence.
• Take responsibility for service delivery, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Lead the implementation of new solutions and process improvements with a seamless execution focus.
• Manage and develop teams across account management, operations and customer service.
• Own P&L performance and drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Collaborate with global teams to optimize supply chain processes and develop new propositions.

YOUR PROFILE

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing substantial contract logistics businesses(preferably the Consumer Products area) in both operations and account perspective, including leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record in managing large, high-value client accounts and driving revenue growth and productivity.
• Strong experience in strategic planning, P&L management and financial oversight.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating complex contracts and managing key relationships on a global scale.
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a strong background in process improvement and change management.
• Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics or related industries is highly desirable.
