Manpower is looking for a Senior Project Assistant for a company in the region of Petten.
In this senior role, you are the administrative and organizational backbone of a large, confidential technical project. You support the Project Director, project managers and HR with high level coordination, documentation and logistics. You work independently, structure processes and ensure that project operations, onboarding and stakeholder coordination run smoothly. Your tasks include:
- Organizing, structuring and maintaining project files, records and documentation
- Leading the coordination of project meetings, workshops and conference calls
- Preparing agendas, minutes, action lists and project correspondence
- Keeping project data and records up to date in internal systems
- Coordinating travel, accommodation and transport for international staff and visitors
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes within the project organization
- Assisting with HR related administration such as inflow, outflow and contract changes
- Coordinating permits and access passes for project locations and facilities
- Supporting procurement and resource coordination for project activities
- Helping organize large scale project events, reviews and workshops with international stakeholders
- Preparing presentations and reports for management and stakeholders
- Acting as a central point of contact for administrative and logistical questions
What's in it for you
- Gross salary between €3,500.- and €4,500.- per month
