As a powder coater, you play an essential role in the production process. You will work in a close-knit team within an international organization where there is room for initiative and personal growth. In this position, you are responsible for preparing, coating, and inspecting various components. You contribute directly to the quality of the final product and will have plenty of opportunities to develop yourself through training and internal career growth. This is a long-term position with the prospect of a permanent contract.
You start your workday by checking the parts for damage, contamination, and quantities. Then you clean, degrease, and sand the components where necessary so the coating adheres perfectly. You carry out preparatory work such as masking and plugging, hang the parts neatly on the transport system, and powder coat the products according to high quality standards. After coating, you inspect the result and carefully package the parts for transport or shipment.
