About the jobYou will be a part of the Templating Domain where we work to enable global enterprises to efficiently scale up their content creation. Taking in content from sources like Photoshop, Figma and After Effects, or designing it in our AI enabled web driven editor and taking it to the next level. Working directly with other Developers, Designers, Quality Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Product Owners to deliver the best platform for our users.
Your role will revolve around all the different elements that will bring our product to new heights. This includes implementing new features, scaling existing capabilities, and making our product more amazing every day. The team works with strong goals and a good balance of product & engineering roadmap features. That way we make sure we always keep our technology and product on track!
Depending on your background and team fit, you might also contribute to other key domains such as Asset Management, Core Platform Engineering, or Developer Experience—each focused on solving complex, high-impact challenges that support our scale.
Key responsibilities- Build and ship robust backend services and frontends with real product impact
- Ensure systems are scalable, performant and easy to maintain
- Collaborate across teams to integrate services and deliver end-to-end value
- Model business domains into clean, performant data structures
- Coach and mentor other engineers on best practices to help them grow
- Collaborate with other engineers and lead technical delivery on initiatives within a domain or project
- Lead by example in engineering excellence, pragmatism and shared ownership.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience delivering full‑stack products with TypeScript (and JavaScript) and PHP (Laravel)
- Strong backend development skills with Node.js and PHP (Laravel)
- Have experience with Vue.js (or other front‑end frameworks)
- Solid experience designing and integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs
- Comfortable working in monorepo environments and modular architectures
- Proficient in data modeling and working with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Familiar with testing practices, performance tuning, and scalable design principles
- You’re proactive, result‑driven, and excited to work in a fast‑growing tech scale‑up
- Confident in making architectural decisions and communicating trade‑offs
- Comfortable mentoring and supporting engineers to help them grow
- You’re a strong team player who values collaboration and shared success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Have affinity with rendering technologies (like ffmpeg)
- Have affinity with motion graphics and visual effects software (like After Effects)
- Experience with Gitlab CI/CD, DevOps, public cloud (like GCP).
