Your role as Strategy & Digital Transformation Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager - Strategy & Digital Transformation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in delivering large-scale transformation projects, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth. As a Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful delivery, expanding our client base, and shaping the future of our business.
Key responsibilities:
Engagement delivery: Lead and manage consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business challenges, providing strategic insights, and delivering value-driven solutions.
Research & analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to develop business cases, assess digital capabilities, and identify growth opportunities.
Digital transformation: Development and implement digital transformation strategies to help clients leverage technology for business improvement.
Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams, fostering growth, collaboration, and a positive work environment.
Business development: Support business development by identifying potential clients and contributing to proposal development.
Market insights: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to bring cutting-edge insights to clients and the practice.
Job requirements
6-8 years in top-tier consulting or a related field, with expertise in digital transformation,
Proven ability to manage large-scale engagements and deliver high-impact outcomes.
Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications in business settings.
Demonstrated experience in building trust, managing senior stakeholders, and expanding client accounts.
Strong track record in driving sales and achieving revenue targets.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
Affinity for innovating and adaptability in evolving business contexts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 minimum) and Dutch.
Willingness to travel as needed.
