As we rapidly expand our fast charging network across Europe, the opportunity to attract more electric vehicle drivers grows. To accelerate this growth and strengthen our commercial capabilities, we’re expanding our Growth team with a newteam focused on unlocking long-term value through commercial strategy & pricing, whichwill focus on building a leading strategy, lead strategic planning, develop pricing and run change projects across the growth team.

As Commercial Strategy Manager, you will be at the start of our Growth funnel, focused on enabling the rest of the growth department to excel. Together with the team, you will develop a cutting-edge 5-year growth strategy and translate it into annual Country Commercial Plans ("CCP"). You\'ll then work closely with country teams to drive implementation and monitor progress. Your focus will be on enabling key markets and driving strategy development and change management support for a subset of the growth disciplines. The role reports to the Commercial Strategy & Pricing Lead, and will work closely with teams across Growth, Marketing and our country leads.

The wider Growth Department is responsible for driving revenue growth together with the Marketing Department, and next to Strategy & Pricing, it includes teams that focus on Propositions, Sales, Partnerships, Charge cards, and Station performance. The role is located in the Amsterdam office.

Strategy Development & Change Management

Manage strategy development and implementation projects for the countries and Growth disciplines that fall within your scope. The scope can change over time, but is now set by country (France, Germany, Switzerland and our emerging markets Denmark, Italy and Spain) and Growth disciplines (Signage, Digital Wayfinding, Charge card and Station performance). The projects range from long in-depth strategy work (e.g. Developing a Wayfinding strategy) to quick projects to map processes and implement improvements. Projects are always delivered in collaboration with business owners with a focus on capacity building.

Strategic Planning & Monitoring

For your respective countries, you recommend the commercial targets, ensure that there is a Country Commercial Plan in place to achieve these targets, and participate in a quarterly review cycle to ensure we stay on track. The plans are primarily owned by the respective country marketing and sales managers, who are enabled and supported by you. Your goal is to ensure that the countries have everything they need to succeed.

Pricing & Market Insights

For your markets, you keep track of market developments, monitor pricing performance, and propose price changes where necessary. You advise the country on market-specific pricing questions, for example, when we need a specific pricing proposal for a French tender, or we want to make an exceptional discount offer. You work closely together on this with the Pricing Manager who owns wider price management.

Stakeholder Engagement

Provide regular, transparent updates to global and country leadership on progress, key decisions and commercial performance. Ensure that the change roadmap is aligned with company goals, and key stakeholders are on board with it.

A pragmatic strategist with a strong implementation drive and great stakeholder management skills. You thrive equally in laying the strategic puzzle, implementing quick fixes collaboratively, and driving large-scale project management.

You’ll bring:

• 3+ years’ experience in strategy consulting or similar jobs

• MSc, MBA, or equivalent business-related degree preferred

• Good project management experience, with a track record of getting things done

• Good strategy development experience with fluency in qualitative and quantitative analytics

• A collaborative mindset, working effectively with marketing, product, and executive teams

• With a mindset of continuous learning you stay curious about growth drivers, both from external market dynamics and internal performance

• Prior experience or network in the EV industry and/or OEMs is a plus but not required

• Genuine interest in sustainability and the transition to electric mobility
