Salonized is looking for a Head of Growth to lead and elevate the growth and marketing efforts for our salon software. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a growth strategy that aligns with our company’s overall objectives. You will lead a dedicated team of 7 growth professionals, manage our marketing initiatives, and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company as a member of the extended Management Team (MT). Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will be at the forefront of our efforts to expand our market presence and achieve sustainable growth.
How you will have an impactAs the Head of Growth, you will:
- Define and Execute Growth Strategy: Propose the growth team's roadmap based on company strategy. Strategically align on a vision for both paid and non-paid channels, as well as taking tactical decisions to optimize campaign performance and budget allocation.
- Drive Marketing Initiatives: Lead both online and offline marketing campaigns, focusing on high-impact initiatives that attract, engage, and retain salon customers.
- Lead and Develop Teams: Provide leadership to managers and other growth team professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Actively coach and mentor within the growth team, and ensure alignment with company culture and values.
- Optimize the Growth Funnel: Ensure sustainable growth across all stages of the growth funnel, from awareness and acquisition to retention and referral.
- Set and Achieve Team Goals: Establish goals (based on the company OKRs) for the growth team, driving accountability and delivering on our ambitious targets.
- Manage Budget and Workforce Planning: Propose and manage the growth marketing budget and workforce planning, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to capture key opportunities across channels.
- Collaborate Cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Support, and other internal teams to implement key projects that advance our growth agenda. Influence policies and practices beyond your immediate area to gain cooperation.
- Role model Strategic Leadership: Contribute to company-wide strategic projects, offering insights and leadership to propel Salonized forward, while representing both the company vision to your team and your team's perspectives to the C-level leadership.
To excel in this role, you should bring:
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals.
- Channel Expertise: Extensive experience across organic, earned, and paid channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Email, and Referral Marketing.
- Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinking, with the capability to conceptualize and execute a comprehensive growth and marketing strategy.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate these into effective growth initiatives.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills, creating a testing culture and leveraging insights to drive performance.
- Fluency in Dutch:You are fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) - any other language is a valuable asset since our customers are as diverse as we are!
