PROPERTY & AR ACCOUNTANT (M/F/X) - ROTTERDAM
Join a leading, fast-growing international organization in the real estate and investment sector, headquartered in the vibrant heart of Rotterdam. As a Property & AR Accountant (m/f/x) in Rotterdam, you will play a pivotal role within the finance team, managing accounts receivable, overseeing credit control, and supporting financial reporting in a dynamic, cross-border environment.
Your Role:
In this Rotterdam-based Property & AR Accountant (m/f/x) position, you will:
Manage monthly rental invoicing and ensure accurate indexation
Oversee credit control and follow up on overdue payments
Perform monthly recharging and AR reconciliations
Reconcile and post bank transactions accurately
Support quarterly closings, including revenue recognition, intercompany reconciliations, and financial analyses
Prepare AR overview reports and tenancy schedules
Maintain portfolio overviews and produce reports with SQL and Power BI
Liaise with banks on credit facilities and ensure smooth KYC processes
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
Your Profile:
Degree in Finance (MBO/HBO) or similar
At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with SQL/Power BI is a plus
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
Comfortable in a fast-paced, international setting
