We are looking for a results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function with a sharp focus on generating high-quality sales leads that fuel business growth. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, and who measures success in pipeline contribution and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities- Own and drive the end-to-end lead generation strategy across inbound and outbound channels, including SEO/SEM, paid media, email marketing, content marketing, and social media
- Define and manage the full marketing funnel, from awareness through to marketing-qualified lead (MQL) handoff to the sales team
- Build and maintain a tight alignment with the Sales team, establishing shared definitions for lead quality, SLAs for lead follow-up, and joint pipeline review cadences
- Oversee demand generation campaigns, including account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting key accounts and verticals
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team across our regions (NL, DE, BE PL & USA), setting clear KPIs and fostering a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making
- Manage the marketing technology stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Amplitude, GA4, Mutiny, 6sense, etc.) to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting of lead generation performance
- Own the marketing budget, allocating spend efficiently across channels to maximise cost-per-lead (CPL) and return on marketing investment (ROMI)
- Translate market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights into campaigns and messaging that resonate with target buyer personas
- Report regularly to the executive team on pipeline contribution, campaign performance, and marketing's impact on revenue
- Approximately 10 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role, or equivalent demonstrated impact
- Proven track record of building and scaling B2B lead generation programms that directly contributed to revenue growth
- Deep expertise in demand generation, performance marketing, and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Excellent communicator who can influence cross-functional stakeholders and present clearly to the C-suite
- Experience managing and developing marketing teams
- Familiarity with ABM strategies and tools is a strong advantage
- Volume and quality of MQLs generated per quarter
- MQL-to-SQL conversion rate
- Cost per lead and cost per acquisition
- Marketing's contribution to overall sales pipeline and closed revenue
- Campaign ROI across channels
