Vacaturebeschrijving As a Customer Operations Specialist you will be the main contact point for customers regarding orders, deliveries, pricing questions, returns, and other operational matters. Together with your colleagues you will help to ensure that the order to cash cycle works smoothly.
Your key tasks will include:

• Order Management: Manage the end-to-end order process for an assigned portfolio of customers, including quotations, order entry, order follow-up, and backorder management
• Monitor order and delivery performance, proactively communicating delays, shortages, or other issues to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Sales Support: Identify opportunities to improve order efficiency and customer satisfaction by analysing ordering patterns and recommending process improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams: Such as Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to ensure smooth order fulfilment and effective communication
• Support the introduction of new products and communicate relevant product or portfolio updates to customers.
• Report on operational KPIs and contribute to continuous improvements in customer service and supply chain performance

Requirements

• Up to two years of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, or a related operational role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level
• Fluent in French (C1) and English (Dutch is a plus)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Analytical mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• You can ideally be available to start in August
