As a Production Worker Plus, you will join a fresh and growing team of machine operators, print operators and technical staff. The print operators print the base material. You and your colleagues make sure this material is turned into a strong final product. Together, you keep the machines running and the planning on track.
No two days are the same. You work with modern machines, keep a close eye on quality and see the results of your work right away. The working atmosphere is relaxed, with a strong focus on teamwork and trust.
Your tasks:
Placing semi-finished materials into the machines
Setting up and adjusting machines to shape the product
Checking quality and performing tests
Packing finished products
Working with colleagues to keep the machines running smoothly
You work 38 hours per week in a two-shift schedule (morning and afternoon/evening). There are no night or weekend shifts, which gives you a good work-life balance.
