Job Description - Senior Business Travel Consultant (English/Dutch) (180002ET)

• Customer service responsibility dealing with international clients on a daily basis
• Booking all modes of transportation, including flights, hotels and ground transport, according to customer needs
• Efficient and meticulous customer service when customers modify their travel arrangements
• Providing 24/7 customer assistance in emergency situations

• Full use of Sabre, Galileo and Amadeus global reservation systems (GDS)

Skills you should have:

• Excellent command of English and Dutch
• Additional languages such as Italian/German/French/Spanish/Polish are a plus
• 3+ years of experience in business travel industry
• GDS knowledge: (preferably Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre)
• Tourism or customer service background
• Openness and willingness to work with a customers at any level
• Full commitment and engagement whilst training and when the role commences
• Motivated to learn as full training will be provided
• Ability to handle multi-cultural sometimes multi-lingual clientele
• Influence and diplomacy
• Proficiency in technology to research options and to complete process requirements
