Head of Finance at SkinVisionYou combine strong financial expertise with analytical rigor and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights in a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environment.
What You Will Do Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning cycles
Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, cost structure, and cash flow
Analyze revenue streams, pricing models, and unit economics
Support scenario planning (e.g., market expansion, regulatory changes, funding rounds)
Act as a trusted advisor to commercial, product, and operations teams
Provide financial insights to support go‑to‑market strategies and growth initiatives
Monitor KPIs including ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, gross margin, and burn rate
Translate operational performance into financial impact
Establish dashboards and reporting frameworks for executive leadership
Drive monthly and quarterly performance reviews
Identify risks and opportunities and propose corrective actions
Strengthen financial processes, internal controls, and compliance
Support audit processes and regulatory reporting (where applicable)
Ensure alignment with financial healthcare regulations and quality standards
Support fundraising, investor reporting, and board materials
Contribute to valuation modeling and strategic transactions
Evaluate partnerships, licensing agreements, and international expansion initiatives
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
6+ years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Strategic Finance
Strong background in financial modelling and analysis
Experience working closely with founders and senior leadership
Experience in HealthTech, MedTech, SaaS, AI, or other regulated industries preferred
Understanding of Dutch language and system is a plus
Strong financial modeling and forecasting capabilities
Experience with SaaS metrics and subscription‑based revenue models
Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker)
Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g. Exact Online) and financial reporting tools
