As a teamleader logistic, you will contribute to the operational excellence and customer satisfaction at Geodis, a leader in the logistics sector located in Venlo. We're looking for someone with leadership experience, knowledge of KPIs and logistics processes, and proficiency in Dutch and English at a minimum B2 level. Your flexibility in process management and experience with new client implementations will be highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: guide a large team, overseeing all logistics processes and driving performance.
- Collaboration: work closely with colleagues and managers to streamline daily operations.
- Communication: promote and maintain effective team interaction, ensuring clarity and cohesion.
- Monitoring: track and enhance KPIs like employee productivity and order picking accuracy.
- Optimization: identify bottlenecks and implement improvements through automation and training.
