Your potential is our inspiration.The Consumer Insights (CI) team plays a key role in the product development process by conducting and analyzing consumer research to understand how to fulfill consumer needs. The team provides insights that support Creative, Marketing, and Sales decision-making. Using tools such as online consumer connects, preference evaluations, and Home Use Tests (HUTs), the team aims to be the voice of the consumer within IFF.Where You’ll Make a DifferenceSupport the setup, coordination, and execution of consumer research studiesConduct desk research to gather relevant consumer and market insightsAssist in designing questionnaires and test protocolsCoordinate logistics for consumer studies, including Home Use Tests (HUTs)Analyze data from consumer research using statistical and analytical methodsSupporting the team in preparing presentations summarizing consumer insights and recommendationsProvide insights on consumer products and fragrances to internal stakeholdersWhat Makes You the Right FitCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor in Marketing, Psychology, Business, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of consumer research methodologiesAnalytical mindset with solid statistical and modeling skills (e.g. Descriptive, parametric and nonparametric analysis, regression modeling, multifactorial analysis)High attention to detail and a structured way of workingAbility to work independently and manage tasks proactivelyStrong cross-cultural communication skillsExcellent English language skills (written and verbal)Experience with online research tools; programming skills are considered a plusHow Would You Stand Out?Experience with advanced statistical tools or data analysis softwareStrong curiosity and ability to translate data into actionable insightsProactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude and ability to suggest improvementsBeing passionate about using AI to apply in different tasks (from handling administrative ask up to analyzing data)Why Choose Us?Internship duration: 6 months, fulltime (flexible start date)Internship allowance of €500 per monthHands-on experience in a global, consumer-centric organizationOpportunity to work on real business projects with measurable impactLearning and development opportunities within an international environmentImportant:This position does not support relocation services.
