What are you going to do
As an Assistant Team Leader, you will manage a team of 5 to 15 employees.
Your tasks include:
- Working in the packing department and guiding new and existing team members
- Giving instructions and assigning tasks within the team
- Preparing work so the team can keep going efficiently, and making adjustments when needed
- Spotting and reporting simple electrical or mechanical faults, arranging repairs, and replacing parts if necessary
- Checking that all work meets the agreed quality standards

Wat wij vragen
- Willing to work in a 3-shift system and rotate on Saturdays
- Good command of both Dutch and English
- Experience in a similar role or strong leadership skills
- Solution-focused with strong communication abilities
- Living near Roosendaal, Breda or Bergen op Zoom
