For our client, Fokker Services Group, we are looking for an experienced and driven Aircraft Structure Technician who is ready to apply their craftsmanship to the F-35 fighter aircraft of the Royal Netherlands Air Force. At the air force bases in Volkel or Leeuwarden, you will join a specialized team carrying out structural inspections, repairs, and modifications on both metal and composite components of this cutting-edge aircraft. Functie
- As an Aircraft Structure Technician, you work on the state-of-the-art F-35 fighter jet and are responsible for performing inspections, repairs, and modifications.
- You specialize in structural work on metal and composite aircraft components.
- You carry out your tasks at one of the Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF) bases in Volkel or Leeuwarden.
- You work in accordance with strict aviation regulations and use technical documentation and maintenance drawings.
- You are employed by Fokker Services Group but operate as a full-fledged member of the maintenance team on the air force base.
- You contribute to the maintenance and operational readiness of one of the most advanced military aircraft in the world.
Functie-eisen
- At least 2 years of experience as an Aircraft Structure Technician.
- Skilled in performing structural modifications in a Part-145 environment.
- Experience with both metal and composite aircraft structures.
- Proficient in working with technical drawings and aircraft manuals.
- Good command of the English language and the ability to read technical documentation.
- Eligible for military security clearance.
- Experience with military aircraft and familiarity with RNLAF procedures are a plus.
Aanbod
- A monthly salary between €3,750 and €5,000.
- A long-term contract of at least 24 months, with the prospect of a permanent position or the option to work as a freelancer.
