What will you do as a Paid Advertisement Specialist?As a Paid Advertisement Specialist, you and your colleague Michelle will be the driving force behind our digital marketing strategy at 4PS Group level. You know exactly how to achieve online growth and thrive in an international team. You maintain an overview of all online activities and keep our objectives clearly in sight. You will also collaborate with external agencies, where you take a critical and proactive approach.
- Expert role: You will manage and maintain our (paid) online channels, closely monitor SEA, LinkedIn and Meta, and report on online results to stakeholders. You work independently and know how to manage our budgets effectively.
- Strategy: Together with Michelle, you will set goals and KPIs, monitor progress and make adjustments where necessary. You will develop and execute a campaign plan that delivers on objectives and is continuously optimised.
- Project Management: You will act as the main point of contact for our online partners, such as our website developer and marketing agency, ensuring smooth collaboration.
I’ve been working at 4PS for 3.5 years as a Digital Marketer, and no two days have ever been the same. My role remains dynamic, varied and challenging and above all, truly enjoyable. As a Digital Marketer, I work with colleagues (both national and international) on global lead generation, set KPIs and monitor the success of our campaigns. Together with our Field Marketers, I develop strategies that contribute to our organisation’s success. I’m also responsible for our digital landscape: from SEA and SEO to LinkedIn advertising, our website and marketing automation.

What do we expect from you?At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with proven experience in marketing automation, lead generation and paid channels.
Strong analytical and precise working style, with a data‑driven and results‑oriented approach.
Strong stakeholder management skills and effective communication.
Fluent in English (C1), both spoken and written.
