As an operator in the Taste department at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in Tilburg, you will play a key role in transforming raw materials into high-quality fragrance components used in food, cosmetics, and other products worldwide. What You Will Do:
- Collecting: raw materials according to recipes using a mobile weighing station equipped with a computer and scale.
- Weighing: and processing ingredients with precision, sometimes handling up to 30 components per batch.
- Mixing: and preparing fragrance materials for further processing, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Operating: and monitoring equipment to maintain optimal production flow.
- Maintaining: a safe, clean, and organized workspace while following all safety and quality regulations.

- Gross hourly wage of €17.38 + 20.5% shift allowance.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time role, 40 hours per week in 3 shifts.

- Travel allowance of €0.21 per km.

- Minimum 3 years' recent, relevant production experience
- Fulltime availability; willing to work in a 3-shift system.
- MBO level 4 work and thinking ability.
- Physically fit; capable of lifting up to 23 kg.
