As we continue to strengthen our international presence, we are looking for an experienced Global Export Marketing Manager to drive marketing excellence across our distribution partner network and play a key role in driving Keune's international growth. This is a strategic international role for a marketing professional who combines strong brand expertise with commercial thinking and a passion for developing successful distribution partnerships.

As Global Export Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the Export Marketing strategy across our international distributor network. Working closely with Global Marketing, Global Education, Product Management and the Global Export Team, you will translate Keune's global brand strategy into impactful local marketing execution, ensuring consistent brand positioning while enabling distribution partners to grow their business through effective marketing and commercial activation.

You will act as the central marketing partner for our Export organization, building strong collaboration, driving best practices, supporting global product launches and providing valuable market insights that contribute to Keune's continued international success.

Export Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute the Global Export Marketing strategy aligned with Keune's international growth ambitions.

• Translate global marketing initiatives into effective and commercially relevant local activation.

• Establish effective ways of working between Global Export, Global Marketing and Global Education.

• Ensure consistent brand execution across all international markets.

Trade Marketing & Commercial Activation

• Develop Trade Marketing frameworks, launch toolkits and activation guidelines that help distribution partners successfully drive sell-out.

• Support international product launches, promotional campaigns, education initiatives and key commercial activations.

• Identify and share best practices across markets to strengthen commercial performance and marketing effectiveness.

Distributor Partnership & Market Development

• Partner with international distributors to develop effective local marketing plans aligned with Keune's global strategy.

• Strengthen distributor partners' local marketing capabilities while maintaining Keune's premium brand positioning.

• Build strong relationships with distribution partners and internal stakeholders to drive collaboration and long-term business growth.

Market Insights & Continuous Improvement

• Collect market insights, distributor feedback and commercial learnings to continuously improve marketing initiatives.

• Develop reporting that provides transparency on marketing performance, investments and business opportunities.

• Translate market data into actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making and future growth.

• Minimum 8 years of Marketing and/or Trade Marketing experience within the professional haircare industry.

• Proven experience working with international distribution partners within an Export business environment.

• Strong understanding of the professional salon industry, including distributor business models, product launches, Trade Marketing, education and salon activation.

• Proven experience developing and executing international marketing strategies that drive commercial growth.

• Demonstrated success translating global brand strategies into effective local market execution.

• Hands‑on experience supporting distributors in driving sell‑out through product launches, Trade Marketing, education initiatives and local marketing activation.

• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing initiatives to business growth, distributor performance and return on investment.

• Experience working in a global, cross‑functional environment with Commercial, Marketing, Education and Product Management teams.

• Excellent project management, stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform market insights and commercial data into actionable business recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Willingness to travel internationally.
