Your role is essential in ensuring that production lines run smoothly, quality standards are upheld, and minor technical challenges are addressed. With a proactive mindset and technical insight, you'll play a key part in maintaining a safe and productive environment while also having opportunities to grow and develop your skills.

What You Will Do:

• Set up and operate the production lines according to the correct specifications.
• Monitor the production process and perform quality checks to ensure high standards.
• Resolve minor technical issues and prevent downtime by replenishing materials promptly.
• Contribute:to process optimization and suggest improvements for production efficiency.
• Work in a three-shift system (morning, afternoon, and night) with an active and varied workday.
