About the role
As Office Service Partner you closely work together with your team colleagues every day. Together you are meeting and greeting our visitors and co-workers in Delft in an IKEA way - with warmth and a twinkle in the eye, helping everyone to feel welcomed and supported. In parallel to that, as a team, you are responsible to keep up the reception and office environments, from our “FIKA” stations to our open spaces and meeting rooms.

On a daily basis you perform office supply replenishment routines e.g. food and drink service, paper and pens and order new office supplies when needed. In close cooperation with our cleaning services we expect you to monitor that routines related to a clean office environment are being followed, flag any issues, and take action when necessary and ensuring office furnishing and equipment is fresh and well-functioning. Here we also ask you to proactively think along about relevant business solutions related to the offices and meeting places (e.g. visitor registration, room booking, and access solutions).

You are a trusted service partner for all our co-workers and visitors to our office and provide hands-on resources during (large) events. This can include arranging room setup, FIKA according to given specification and welcoming guests of the event.

About you
You love people, you see them, smile, make eye contact and make them feel welcome - at all times! You have a great willingness to help and offer a high level of service. You have experience working in a service profession, preferably in a multicultural environment. Your mind set is positive and you are energized by opportunities. You are curious to explore and eager to learn. You can prioritise and manage multiple tasks and requests in a timely manner. Being a team player is a must, but you should also be able to work independently in a self-managed way. Finally, you should possess good administrative skills and have an attention to detail to accurately create and verify reports, lists, etc. and work daily with MS Office and other administrative routines.

A few more details for you
This is a full time (40 hours per week) position, located in Delft (The Netherlands). You will report to the Office Service Manager.
