Womenswear Merchandiser - Tommy Hilfiger Global
We're looking for a talented Global Womenswear Merchandiser to join our Amsterdam team on a 6-month project contract. This is your chance to work at the epicentre of a globally iconic brand, collaborating with world-class design, buying, and planning teams to drive product strategy and commercial success.
Responsibilities- Drive global range architecture and assortment planning across the womenswear portfolio, ensuring a coherent and commercially compelling product offer.
- Partner with Design and Buying to shape seasonal ranges that balance brand vision with market opportunity and margin targets.
- Lead hindsight analysis and performance reviews, translating sales data into clear range recommendations for future seasons.
- Support key milestone presentations — including range reviews, line adoption meetings, and market weeks — with structured reporting and insights.
- Collaborate with regional teams across EMEA, Americas, and APAC to ensure global alignment on product priorities and launches.
- Track competitor activity and emerging trends, providing market intelligence that sharpens our positioning.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects spanning digital, sustainability, and brand elevation initiatives.
- You bring 3–6 years of experience in merchandising, buying, or product management within a premium or global fashion brand.
- You're equally comfortable in a boardroom presentation and a deep-dive data session — you know how numbers tell a creative story.
- You have a genuine passion for womenswear and an intuitive understanding of what the modern customer wants.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation and can manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing precision.
- You're a confident communicator who builds strong cross-functional relationships with ease.
- You're available for an immediate start and ideally based in or relocating to Amsterdam.
