Netwerven is an Amsterdam based young (founded 2006), fast-growing (from 15 to 48 employees in the last two years) company dedicated to creating the best responsive recruitment sites and recruitment apps. We also offer online performance based targeted advertising, like social referral marketing, search engine marketing, social media strategies and online sourcing.
We apply the Scrum process to our projects. A typical project takes 3 to 4 months, and the team consists of a Team Lead, a Back End and a Front End Developer, a Product Owner and a Scrum Master. Some teams have one or two extra developers depending on the projects the team is working on. Developers usually work on multiple projects at the same time, often concerning high volume websites. We apply a structured development approach with a DTAP (Development, Testing, Acceptance, Production) line and work with distributed version control using Git. All code is run through a peer review process.
