Commercial Finance Manager

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Account Manager to join our Commercial Operations team in Maastricht. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. 1. Prepare and follow through on bids for new business;
2. Oversee financial and contractual performance of Sponsor projects;
3. Maintain a strong relationship with the customer during an ongoing clinical trial;
4. Perform financial analysis and reporting;
5. Oversee client requests for proposals;
6. Develop change-in-scope documents for ongoing trials;
7. Customize pricing according to client requirements;
8. Develop study metrics; and
9. Supervise Account Analysts.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting;
2. 5 years of experience in the conduct of clinical research and/or contract management/pricing;
3. Strong working knowledge of financial and accounting processes;
4. Basic knowledge of medical terminology and working knowledge of drug development services;
5. Excellent analytical, as well as written and oral communication, skills;
6. Excellent computer skills with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; and
7. Past supervisory experience preferred.
