Operating within a global HR framework, you’ll ensure HR policies, processes, and initiatives are implemented consistently while remaining fully compliant with Dutch employment legislation.You’ll play a key role in driving organisational effectiveness, supporting change, and building strong, accountable leadership at every level.**About You:**You’re an experienced Senior HR Business Partner, who has worked in a complex or matrixed organisation. You have strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and employee relations best practice. You have a proven ability to influence, coach, and partner with senior leaders.You’re collaborative, you work in partnership with your site and your global colleagues.
