The Buying & Demand Planner role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the seasonal global Buying & Planning team. The primary responsibility of the role is to ensure optimal seasonal planning, starting from the range plan handover and extending to the creation of official purchase orders. This entails close collaboration with business analysts, fellow Buying & Demand Planners, Merchandisers, Product Developers, Merchandising Planning teams, as well as off-shore Supply Value Chain teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage seasonal planning activities in coordination with vendors.;
• Execute strategic buying decisions multiple times a year across all seasons;
• Maintain effective communication channels with various stakeholders, including product merchandisers, product developers, vendors, buying operations, and buying offices;
• Oversee material bookings and maintain a comprehensive global order book for the assigned division;

The Ideal Candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Holds a bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field;
• Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in buying and/or planning roles;
• Demonstrates proficiency in managing large Excel sheets, handling data with ease;
• Exhibits excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders;
• Possesses advanced knowledge of Excel formulas, such as Power BI Pivots, If statements, and V-lookups with multiple formulas.
