As a logistics supervisor, you will play a key role in the logistics process and the daily management of your team. You are responsible for ensuring that all processes run smoothly and that targets are achieved. The position is full-time, with working hours spread over 40 hours per week. Every five weeks, you will work a night shift. There are opportunities for training and advancement within the organization.
You start your working day with a team meeting where you discuss the planning and division of tasks. Throughout the day, you monitor the workflow, solve problems, and ensure efficient processes in the warehouse. You continuously coach and motivate your team, and you communicate clearly in both Dutch and English. As a logistics supervisor, you ensure that all safety and quality standards are met.
