Employment agency Manpower is looking for several German speaking customer service employees for Accenture in Heerlen.

In the part-time or full-time position of German speaking service desk employee you work with the leading brands in the field of tech. Think of various social media platforms and manufacturers of technical equipment. You handle questions, try to sell products or support the customer wherever they need help.

Working hours
In this part-time or full-time position, you will work Monday through Friday during regular office hours.


  • An EQF level 3 (mbo level 3 degree) or higher
  • An excellent command of English and German languages
  • Some work experience in sales or customer contact, for example as a customer advisor, sales representative, sales assistant, customer service employee or similar.
  • Availability of at least 32 hours per week
