OUR CHALLENGE

Within this role you ensure smooth processing, within the Service and Repair Centre of Excellence.

As a support group employee, you contribute to a variety of logistics activities.

Inbound, Outbound and Inventory Management are all in scope for the Centre of Excellence Support Group. Driven by your contributions, we strive for a quick turnaround time, against high quality standards, to ensure equipment uptime and satisfied customers and patients as a result.


OUR OFFER

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Performing a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties
  • Using computer system for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting.
  • Following shipping practices and procedures, transportation routing, schedules and requirements.
  • Receiving incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment.
  • (un)packing or (un)wrapping items such as finished products, raw stock, assemblies, parts, office supplies, equipment, etc.
  • Verifying quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications; logging receipt of items on system, processes freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents; reporting materials shipped and bills of lading; posting weight and shipping charges and routes to destinations.

YOUR PROFILE

Must have:

  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in English language in word and writing.
  • Computer literacy (MS-Office)

Nice to have:

  • SAP Experience
  • Forklift, Reach Truck Certificate
  • Flexible, Dedicated and Determined.
  • Vocational or Technical education or Certification
