This position is responsible for ensuring that Global User Services (GUS) delivers a delightful experience to Medtronic employees focused in the EMEA region - maximizing overall employee effectiveness and enabling the best quality service experience across the Medtronic IT service portfolio. As a customer success manager/user persona lead, you will understand the customer’s needs, business objectives and regularly engage with stakeholders to ensure GUS' service offering is helping them achieve their goals. You will lead the successful adoption of GUS services, guiding customers through the people, process, and technology facets of their user journeys. You will represent the voice of the customer in GUS leadership meetings and lead longer term portfolio planning for the relevant customer group. Furthermore, you will work cross functionally to drive best practices to accelerate success in customer journeys, ensure lessons learned and victory flags are captured and actions put in place for continuous improvement and act as advocate for product features and requirements.
A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Provide organizational related support or service (administrative or clerical) for other members within the organization. Most of the time is spent in the delivery of support services or activities. Works on assignments that are complex in nature and may be responsible for leading daily operations of a process. Performs a variety of complex or administrative and clerical duties. Has high degree of initiative; Work may be done without established procedures. Work may include activities related to special assignments and providing instructions to accomplish day-to-day work partnering with other Project Coordinators. Work involves obtaining or providing information or data on matters of moderate importance to the function of the department or which may be of sensitive nature. Adjusts or recommends enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area. Problems faced are general and may require understanding of other job areas but typically are not complex. Communicates with internal and external contacts. Obtains and provides information on matters of significant importance to the job area. May act as a team lead and assistant to the supervisor / manage a project. May delegate tasks to other team members and be responsible for the review of work product. Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires advanced practical knowledge within a specific discipline typically gained through work experience and/or education. Needs experience working with Excel and Word documents.
• Education Required: High School Graduate minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Nice to Haves
• Experience working with both internal and external customers, system tracing experience, Excel experience, Word experience, internal support professional experience.
