As our Product Manager: Partner Services, you advise business stakeholders regarding functional solutions in the areas of IT, customer care and Partner Services. That includes transforming business needs into improvement opportunities and development projects, covering the whole Product/Platform lifecycle.
You’re able to ensure that all new features align with market developments and our overall product strategy. In addition to managing product changes, you’ll handle our backlog and prioritise user stories, helping us maximise customer satisfaction and business value.
In this varied role, you also have the chance to:
Proactively coordinate local projects relating to your product’s components, in collaboration with management & senior colleagues
Collect and define local customer requirements & coordinate the activities of relevant development teams
Maintain good relationships with stakeholders within your function and the local business
Advise and challenge stakeholders during ongoing projects and ensure everyone is informed of developments

Ready to take on this exciting Product Manager role? Here is what we need from you:
4+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or another related role
A Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Experience working on a wide range of products & projects, with your share of successes and failures
Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, changeable and international environment
The technical skills and experience to collaborate with your developers and find solutions
A real passion for product management and everything related to it!
Fluent English (written & spoken) and great communication skills
