who are you

You have experience within the customer service field and are available to start asap. Also you are native in German and fluent in English

  • You have 1 – 2 year experience working in a customer service role
  • Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication + excellent level German is required. French language skills in additional are nice to have
  •  Experience with issue handling in a Supply Chain environment
  • You have strong communication and problem solving skills
  • You have the ability to set priorities and timely escalation
what will you do

As the Customer Service employee you will work with other Customer Service sub teams to ensure set up of pre-order entry. Contribute to the completion of milestones associated with commercial order management and specific projects or activities within the team or department related to commercial supply chain.

  • You work at the front office of the Customer Success department. You are the first point of contact for customers, sales offices, credit/debit/return orders, complaints and Track & Trace activities.
  • Also you will work on the order management department where you’ll execute track and trace on daily basis, follow up on delays and sign off reports.
  •  You provide departmental support upon request and identify and initiate process improvements.
