In this role, you are not responsible for planning trucks from A to B. Instead, you ensure that inbound transport flows continue to run smoothly through systems and accurate data handling. You monitor progress, identify irregularities, and process information with great attention to detail.
Your tasks include:
- Monitoring and following up on inbound transport flows (rail & ocean) via systems
- Checking, analysing, and processing transport and planning data
- Identifying delays or deviations and coordinating with relevant stakeholders
- Administrative processing of transport data in internal systems (such as FIS)
- Working with Excel reports and overviews
- Actively contributing ideas for process improvements
You will work full-time in day shifts (08:00 – 17:00) and become part of a close-knit team of experienced colleagues who will support you from day one.

You bring:
- At least MBO‑4 level of work and thinking
- Strong administrative and digital skills
- Experience working with Excel
- Good command of the English language
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
Nice to have (not required):
- Knowledge of logistics or supply chain processes
- Experience with a TMS or planning system
- Basic knowledge of the German language
